Sebastian & Partner AG was established in December 2005 with a view to independently advising companies concerning strategic management, business development and marketing & communications. However, what is of much greater importance for our customers is what follows. In other words when the theory is put into practice – when there is a lack of highly qualified management sources to take on the strategic measures and implement the project – on occasions when you look around the company and ask yourself, “… and who is going to realize the project?
We are offering our services as flexible and experienced management resources to that extent and for the exact period that companies require to bridge personnel bottlenecks. Management support of this kind comes in various forms such as a second opinion; on occasion a team will need to be managed on an interim basis and tasks might arise involving reorganisation, which require a person with experience but who is no longer needed by the company once the phase has been completed. We are those persons.
And who are the partners?
The partners are network partners with various specialities. These are people and companies with whom we have been working for several years boasting excellent track records in their respective tasks. We need such partners to provide our customers with comprehensive solutions to problems in the light of highly complex tasks. We also need to call on their services in matters that are not covered by our core competencies.
